What to bring on your First Appointment?

Please bring your GP referral with you (if you haven't already faxed or emailed us). Please note that GP referral's to specialists are valid for 12 months.
Medicare Card
Health Fund Card
Pension Card (Note that Dr Sidhu will Bulk Bill pension card holders for Consultations)
Veterans Affairs Card (DVA)
Any test results that is relevant to the consult such as blood test, scan results, any previous investigations and medication list to name a few
